Help on:
Set the password for the HLRN Service Portal
Setting (or re-setting) your password is secured by your proof of
Personal Identity (PIN). This PIN was displayed during your account application.
In case you forgot it, please contact your consultant or HLRN User Administration
("Benutzerverwaltung"). By typing the PIN and a new passwort twice you can
set the password as long as it complies to the following rules:
- length >= 12 characters
- at least 1 lower-case character
- at least 1 upper-casecharacter
- at least 1 numeral
- at least 1 special character
